  • In the event of damage to the green areas, we will apply a maintenance fee for gardening, in order to preserve the beauty and well-being of our spaces.

  • We recommend bringing a leash and bags to pick up after your pets, ensuring a clean environment for all guests.
  • Our team will be happy to provide recommendations on pet-friendly walks and activities in the area.
